摘 要:近年来由于大气污染、PM 2.5盛行、雾霾及其他因素的影响,国内外肺炎的发病率持续上升,且已经危害到了人们的生命和健康。所以如何预防和治疗肺炎及开发相关产品已成为药学领域研究的热点之一。为了更好地探讨肺炎的病理机制和药物对肺炎的治疗作用,需要建立肺炎的动物模型,并对其进行相应的评价及考察。本文总结了近年来常用的肺炎动物模型及评价指标,并按照病理机制的分类思路对肺炎动物模型进行了全面的分析和系统的整理,希望为肺炎相关机制的研究及抗肺炎制剂的开发提供一定的参考和依据。In recent years, due to the influence of atmospheric pollution, PM 2. 5 prevailed, haze and other factors, the incidence of pneumonia at home and abroad rate continued to rise, and has been harmful to people's health and lives, should cause our enough attention. So how to prevent, treat pneumonia and develop related products has become a hotspot of research in the field of pharmacy. In order to explore the pathological mechanism of pneumonia and the drug treatment of pneumonia, it is often necessary to establish the animal model of pneumonia, and carries on the corresponding evaluation and investigation. This paper summarizes the recent common pneumonia animal model and evaluation index, and according to the classification of the pathological mechanism thinking animal models of pneumonia has carried on the comprehensive analysis and system arrangement. I hope to provide certain reference and basis for the study of pneumonia related mechanism and the development of anti - pneumonia preparation.
