摘　　要：抗逆转录病毒药物是推荐用于感染人类免疫缺陷病毒1型(HIV-1)的孕妇或用于预防母婴垂直传播的一线药物,在全球妊娠合并艾滋病的妇女治疗中是一个重要的组成部分。本文主要对抗逆转录病毒药物在妊娠合并艾滋病患者中应用的安全性进行综述。As the first - line regimens of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 （ HIV - 1 ）, antiretroviral drugs are recommended for pregnant women to prevent mother- to- child transmission. Antiretroviral drugs are an important part of the treatment of pregnant women with HIV all over the world. The safety of the three kinds of antiretroviral drugs in pregnant HIV -1 -infected women are reviewed in this paper.
