摘　　要：通过对三氯羟基二苯醚紫外吸收光谱的分析,选择较佳检测波长,建立了高效液相色谱法测定洗涤剂中三氯羟基二苯醚含量的方法。实验结果表明,标准溶液在0.1~100μg/mL线性相关,回收率为99%~102%,洗涤剂样品最低定量检测限为1 mg/kg。Appropriate detection wavelength had been selected by the analysis of UV absorption spectrum of trichloro hydroxyl diphenyl ether, and the HPLC method of determining the content of trichloro hydroxyl diphenyl ether in detergent was established. The experimental results showed that the standard solution had linear correlation in the concentration range of 0.1-100μg/mL with recovery rate of 99%-102%. The minimum quantitative detection limit of detergent sample was 1 mg/kg.
