摘　　要：傅氏认为,"带下俱是湿症",复因"脾气之虚,肝气之郁,湿气之侵,热气之逼"损伤任带而成带下之病。治带五方,完带汤以脾虚湿盛为主,兼理气机;清肝止淋汤滋补阴血为主,兼清虚火;加减逍遥散疏肝解郁为主,兼利湿热;易黄汤补涩为主兼有清利,利火汤清热解毒、燥湿止带为主,兼健脾化湿,活血通经。最后介绍了夏氏及杨氏的带下辨治经验。Fourier thinks that ＂vaginal discharge is wet disease＂,which is induced by injury of ＂spleen qi deficiency,liver qi de-pression,invading of wet qi and heat qi＂.There are five prescriptions for treating vaginal discharge.Wandai decoction is given pri-ority to deficiency and wet of spleen and regulating qi.Qinggan Zhilin decoction is given priority to nourishing yin and blood and cleaning body fluid.Modified Xiaoyao powder is given priority to dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation and dampness-heat.Yihuang decoction is given priority to astringing and eliminating pathogens.Lihuo decoction is given priority to clear-ing heat-toxicity and invigorating the circulation of menstruation.Finally,syndrome differentiation experience of Xia＇s and Yang＇s was introduced.
