理气宽肠汤治疗胃瘫综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察理气宽肠汤治疗胃瘫综合征的疗效。方法收治术后胃瘫综合征患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用理气宽肠汤治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组的恢复时间、胃管留置时间及有效率均明显好于对照组(P<0.05),临床起效时间2组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论理气宽肠汤治疗术后胃瘫综合症疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of Liqi Kuanchang decoction in the treatment of gastric paralysis syndrome. Methods 60 cases of patients with postoperative gastric paralysis syndrome were selected. They were randomly divided into the ob- servation group and the control group. The control group was treated with Western medicine. The observation group was treated with Liqi Kuanchang decoction. We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results In the observation group, the recovery time, gastric tube indwelling time and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than those the control group （P〈0.05） . The clinical onset time between the two group had no difference （P〉0.05） . Conclusion The Liqi Kuanchang decoction in the treatment of gastric paralysis syndrome has significantly curative effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
