皂角丸辅助治疗痰浊阻肺型支气管扩张急性加重期32例

摘　　要：目的观察皂荚丸与抗生素联合应用于痰浊阻肺型支气管扩张急性加重期治疗的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,2组均予以抗感染等对症治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上予以皂荚丸口服;2组连续治疗14d后,观察其临床症状、肺功能等指标改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为96.87%,对照组的总有效率为73.33%,治疗组明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组在咳嗽、痰量、咳痰性状、呼吸困难临床积分方面均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺功能指标FEV_1、FEV_1%改善方面治疗组亦明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皂荚丸辅助治疗痰浊阻肺型支气管扩张急性加重期疗效显著,值得临床应用推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of gleditsiae pill in the treatment of turbid phlegm obstructing lung bronchiectasis in acute exacerbation. Methods Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 32） and control group （n = 30）. All the patients were treated with anti-infection and other treatments. In the treatment group, gleditsiae pills were given orally on the basis of routine treatment. After 14 days of continuous treatment, clinical symptoms, pulmonary function and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.87%, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistical- ly significant （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the treatment group in cough, sputum volume, sputum character and clinical dyspnea scores were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The improvement of FEVI and FEV1% in the treatment group was also better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Gleditsia pill in the adjuvant treatment of turbid phlegm obstructing lung bronchieetasis in acute exacerbation has significant effect, and it is worthy of clinical application.
