经方治愈顽固性眩晕兼慢性肾盂肾炎1例

摘　　要：老年女性,慢性肾盂肾炎病史30年,长年使用多种抗生素无效。此次自觉有气聚于胃脘部,每日不定时上冲头部多次,随即出现头晕头痛,尿急,尿不净,西医诊断为非系统性眩晕(心源性眩晕可能性大),慢性肾盂肾炎。予疏肝解郁胶囊、倍他司汀片、银杏叶片常规口服4月余无效,运用经方之茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤合五苓散,同时酌加清利湿热之品20余天痊愈,随诊1年未复发。The elderly female has 30 years history of chronic pyelonephritis, long-term use of a variety of antibiotics is invalid. Be aware of the qi has gathered in the gastral cavity and up to pound head several times a day. Then dizziness, headache, urgent urination and the residual urine wound appear immediately. The Western medicine diagnosis was not the systemic vertigo （more likely the car- diac vertigo）, chronic pyelonephritis. The patient was given Shugan Jieyu capsule, Betahistine, Yinxingye tablet for 4 months, and there had no effect. Then applying the classical prescription of Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao decoction and Wuling powder, meanwhile us- ing the medicine of removing dampness-heat for 20 days, she was cured, and followed-up for one year, and there was no relapse.
