药熨配合空气压力波治疗中风偏瘫30例

摘　　要：目的观察中药药熨配合空气压力波对中风偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力恢复的疗效。方法 60例中风偏瘫患者,随机分为两组;中药药熨配合空气压力波观察组30例,常规药物治疗对照组30例,各组疗程均为1周,治疗1个疗程。观察总体疗效。结果观察组总有效率90.0%;药物组总有效率66.7%;1总体疗效比较观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);2观察组在活动(步行),穿衣,上下楼梯的改善方面与西药对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药药熨配合空气压力波治疗中风偏瘫患者疗效明确,在总有效率及部分日常生活活动能力症状改善方面均优于对照组。Objective To observe the curative effect of hot medicinal compress combined with air pressure pulse on ability recovery of daily life of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 60 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 30 cases received hot medicinal compress combined with air pressure pulse. The control group of 30 cases received conventional drug treatment. The course of treatment was one week for each group. The total curative effect was ob- served. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 90%, respectively, and the total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05） . The observation group was better than the control group on the improvement of the activities （walking） , dress up and down the stairs, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The hot medicinal compress combined with air pressure pulse in the treatment of hemiplegia has definitely cura- tive effect, and the observation group was better than the control group on the total activities of daily living efficiency and improving some symptoms.
