中药内服加塞肛辅以盆腔炎治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎45例

摘　　要：目的观察丹黄祛瘀胶囊口服,康妇消炎栓塞肛,辅以盆腔炎治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法选用2014年5月—2016年5月收治的90例盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组45例。治疗组用丹黄祛瘀胶囊每次4粒、日三次口服,康妇消炎栓每晚睡前一枚塞肛,辅用盆腔炎治疗仪治疗,每日2次,上午、下午各1次。对照组单用丹黄祛瘀胶囊口服和康妇消炎栓塞肛。以14天为1疗程,共3个疗程。经期停用。观察两组治疗3个疗程后患者临床症状、体征及盆腔B超的变化,以及停药3个月后的复发率。结果对观察组和对照组在治疗结束3个月后评价治疗效果。观察组治愈率96%,复发率2%;对照组治愈率71%,复发率15%。治疗组与对照组比较有显著差异。结论盆腔炎治疗仪配合中药内服加塞肛疗法疗效显著,具有良好的临床效果。Objective To observe the curative effect of Danhuang Quyu capsule oral, Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository anal stoppering combined with pelvic inflammatory disease therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 90 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease patients from May 2014 to May 2016 were seleeed as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 45 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Danhuang Quyu capsule every four granule of oral three times each day, Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository anal stoppering every night before going to bed and auxiliary treatment with pelvic inflammatory disease therapeutic apparatus, 2 times daily, 1 time in the morning and 1 time in the afternoon. The control group was given Danhuang Quyu capsule oral and Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository anal stoppering. 14 days was a course of treatment, and the treatment continued a total of three courses. The treatment was delayed in mensh＇uation. After 3 course of treat- ment, patient＇s clinical symptoms, signs and the changes of pelvic ultrasound, and 3 months after discontinuation of the recurrence rate were observed. After 3 course of treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The cure rate and the recurrence rate of the observation group was 96% and 2%, respectively. The cure rate and the recurrence rate of the control group was 71% and 71%, respectively. There had significant difference between the observation group and the control group. Conclusion The oral administra- tion of Chinese herbal medicine and anal stoppering combined with pelvic inflammatory disease therapeutic apparatus in treating chronic pelvic inflammation disease has significantly curative effect and good clinical effect.
