龙胆泻肝汤颗粒剂及其汤剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较龙胆泻肝汤颗粒剂及其汤剂治疗慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法选择肝胆湿热型慢性乙肝患者76例,根据患者自愿原则分为治疗组和对照组,各38例。治疗组采用龙胆泻肝汤颗粒剂治疗,对照组采用龙胆泻肝汤汤剂治疗,观察临床症状,体征,肝功能及疗效等。结果两组患者治疗前后中医临床证候、肝功能(ALT,AST,TBIL)均明显改善(P<0.01),但两组组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组临床总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤颗粒剂及其汤剂治疗肝胆湿热型慢性乙肝均具有清肝胆湿热的临床疗效,且疗效相当,用药安全,颗粒剂方便可控值得临床推广。Objeetive To Compare the clinical curative effect of Longdan Xiegan granules and decoction in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods According to the voluntary principles, seventy-six patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The treatment group adopted Longdan Xiegan granules. The control group used Longdan Xiegan decoction. And the clinical symptoms, signs, liver function and the curative effect were monitored. Results After treatment, the clinical syndromes and liver function （ALT, AST and TBIL） of all the pa- tients in two groups were obviously improved （P〈0.01）, but there was no significant difference （P〉0.05） between the two groups. And there was no significant difference （P〉0.05） in the total clinical effect. Conlusion Both the Longdan Xiegan granules and decoction can dispel liver and gallbladder damp-heat in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome. The cura- tive effect of the two formulations is similar and safe. The granules is convenient and controllable, so it worthy in clinical promotion.
