巨刺法在神经科疾病中的临床应用进展

摘　　要：巨刺法为《黄帝内经》记载的左病右取、右病左取的一种治疗方法,指在针灸经络理论指导下取病变对侧相应的穴位行针刺、艾灸等治疗疾病的方法。人体神经系统的感觉、运动有左右交叉支配特性,神经科疾病,应用巨刺法治疗,疗效肯定。近7年巨刺法在面神经炎、中风病、面肌痉挛、头面部疼痛等神经系统疾病方面的应用,疗效尤为突出,对此作一综述。Opposing needling method is a therapeutic method of left disease in the right acupoint and right disease in the left acu- point in the Inner Canon of Huangdi. It is a method for the treatment of disease under the guidance of acupuncture and meridian the- ory, taking the contralateral lesions corresponding acupuncture point to acupuncture and moxibustion. The feeling of human nervous and sports system have about cross dominant features. Opposing needling method has a definitely curative effect on the neurological diseases. In the recent seven years, the curative effect of opposing needling method on facial neuritis, apoplexy, hemifacial spasm and head pain has been particularly effective, which is generally reviewed in this paper.
