摘　　要：目的:探讨用改良的夹板固定袋对四肢骨折患者进行院前急救转运的临床效果。方法:对某院接诊的69例四肢骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。对这69例患者均使用改良的夹板固定袋进行院前急救转运。然后,观察这些患者的急救转运效果。结果:这69例患者均顺利完成转运,无1例患者的骨折发生位移及再次损伤的情况。结论 :用改良的夹板固定袋对四肢骨折患者进行院前急救转运的效果显著,可明显缩短对其进行院前包扎和固定的时间,减少其骨折发生移位和再次损伤的风险。Objective To study effect of modified splintage bag for pre-hospital care and transfer of limb fracture patients. Methods To do retrospective study to clinical material of 69 limb fracture patients. Use modified splintage bag for pre-hospital care and transfer for these patients, then observe effect. Results The processes of pre-hospital care and transfer are smooth, nobody happened displacement fracture and re-injure. Conclusion Use modified splintage bag for pre-hospital care and transfer of limb fracture patients is effective, can shorten pre-hospital bandage and fixed time, reduce risk of displacement fracture and re-injure.
