Objective The aim of this study was to research the significance of detection of serum cholyglycine (CG) ,to- tal bile acid(TBA) and blood lipid in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP). Methods Totally 95 gestational patients of ICP and 70 Normal pregnancy pregnant women (controlgroup) were chosen. Indexs inciding CG, TBA, TG, CHOL, HDL, LDL,ALTandAST were detected, And the results are compared. Results In ICP group, the levels of ser- um CG, TBA, TG, LDL, ALTandAST all were obviously higher than those in the normal control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P 〈0. 05) ; The levels of serum HDL were obviously littler than those in the normal control group(P 〈 0. 05). The Person correlation analysis showed that patients with ICP serum CG and associates with TG and LDL into positive correlation, Negative correlation with HDL. Conclusions The level of Serum CG, TBA and blood lip- id in intrahepatie cholestasis of pregnancy is significantly increased and can be sensitive indicators of gestaional diabetes in intrahepatie cholestasis of pregnancy, early diagnosis and monitoring of ICP has important clinical significance.
