比索洛尔及氯沙坦钾对舒张性心力衰竭患者脉搏波传导速度的影响

摘　　要：目的通过使用比索洛尔和(或)氯沙坦钾对舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)进行治疗,观察其脑钠肽(BNP)及脉搏波传导速度(PWV)的变化。方法以2013年10月1日—2014年12月31日郑州人民医院心内科入院DHF患者150例为研究对象,随机分为比索洛尔治疗组(A组)50例,氯沙坦钾治疗组(B组)50例,比索洛尔联合氯沙坦钾治疗组(C组)50例,3组均给予常规对症处理,入院时分别检测PWV,心脏彩超(LVEF,E/A),脑钠肽(BNP)。服药半年后复测上述指标。结果治疗前三组间PWV,LVEF,E/A,BNP均无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后三组间PWV,BNP、E/A均明显改变(P<0.05),且C组改善更为明显,LVEF无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上给予比索洛尔或氯沙坦钾可显著改善DHF患者心功能及动脉硬化,联合使用会取得更显著的变化。Objective Through the use of bisoprolol and （or） losartan potassium on diastolic heart failure were treated, observe the change of BNP and PWV. Methods From October 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014, the people＇ s hospital of zhengzhou heart was hospitalized with DHF patients 150 cases as the research object, were randomly divided into biso- prolol, 50 cases of treatment group （group A） and Losartan Potassium treatment group （group B） 50 cases, the bisopro- lol with Losartan Potassium therapy group （group C） 50 cases, three groups were given conventional treatment, On ad- mission, respectively detection PWV, heart colour to exceed （LVEF, E/A）, brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）. After six months of retest the above indicators taking the medicine. Results Between three groups before treatment, PWV, LVEF, E/A, the BNP had no statistical difference （P 〉0. 05 ）, after treatment, the PWV, BNP, E/A were signifi- cantly change （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the group C improvement is more apparent, LVEF has no obvious difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion On the basis of routine therapy for bisoprolol or losartan potassium can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with DHF and hardening of the arteries, combination will make significant changes.
