盐酸环丙沙星片含量测定方法的比较

摘　　要：分别对中国药典2000年版与美国药典24版中盐酸环丙沙星片的含量测定方法及本文提出的方法进行比较。结果显示,中国药典2000年版的方法重现性不好,美国药典24版的方法线性范围太窄;而本文提出的方法重现性、线性范围、回收率均较好,可取代中国药典2000年版的含量测定方法。The method for determination of the content of Ciproflxacin Hydrochloride tablets inChp2000 and USP24 respectively were compared with a given method in this article. Result showed that themethod of Chp2000 has poor repeatability,and that of USP24 is narrow in linear range,but this article gavethe method that has better repeatability and linear range and recovery. The method for determination thecontent of Ciproflxacin Hydrochloride tablets in Chp2000 may be replaced by the method of this article.
