摘 要:以聚氨酯(PU)纤维和聚酯(PET)纤维为原料,根据弹性非织造材料的性能要求,以PET纤维为刚性支撑成分,PU纤维为弹性和粘结成分,经梳理成网、热压成型得到PET/PU弹性非织造材料,对材料的性能进行了测试。结果表明:采用梳理成网法,在热压温度为160℃,热压压力为30 k Pa,热压时间为1 min时,材料的透气性能优异,拒水效果好;当PU纤维质量分数为15%时,材料均匀性、回弹性及力学性能最佳,其弹性回复率达100%。According to the performance requirement of elastic nonwoven materials, a polyester/polyurethane (PET/PU) elas- tic nonwoven material was prepared with PET fiber as the rigid support material and PU fiber as the elastic and adhesive material by carding web and hot pressing. The properties of the material were measured. The results showed that the material could be produced with excellent air permeability and good water-repellenting effect by carding web under the conditions as followed: hot pressing temperature 160 ℃, pressure 30 kPa and time 1 min; and the material exhibited the optimal uniformity, elastic resili- ence and mechanical properties and the elastic resilience reached 100% as the mass fraction of PU fiber was 15%.
