摘  要:介绍了氮化硼陶瓷粉体、纤维及其复合材料的制备方法,以及各种方法的优缺点;并对氮化硼纤维的产业化发展进行了展望。目前,氮化硼粉体的制备主要采用相沉积法,氮化硼纤维的制备主要采用有机前驱体法,氮化硼复合材料主要采用包覆法、冷压法等。指出制备性能优良的氮化硼纤维是该领域研究的热点,寻找反应条件相对温和、适合大批量生产氮化硼纤维的方法是氮化硼纤维产业化发展的关键,实现其产业化发展将会拓宽其在复合材料方面的应用。The production technologies for boron nitride ceramic powder, fiber and composite were introduced, as were their advantage and disadvantages. The industrial development of boron nitride fiber was outlooked. Boron nitride powder has been mainly prepared by thermal vapor condensation, boron nitride fiber by organic precursor method, and boron nitride composite by coating method and cold-pressed technology. The research should be focused on the preparation of boron nitride fiber with excel- lent properties. The industrial development key of boron nitride fiber was considered to be the development of large-scale produc- tion technology for boron nitride fiber under moderate process conditions, which helped expand the application in composites.
