摘  要:运用CFD软件模拟氨肟化反应釜内挡板安装角度不同时的搅拌效果,通过流场分析,找出挡板安装角度对氨肟化反应的影响,并应用于实际生产。结果表明:在氨肟化反应釜内,挡板安装角度为+30°时比安装角度为-30°时具有更快、更均匀的混合效果,更有利于改善反应效果;对氨肟化反应釜进行改造,采用ZCX型搅拌浆叶,浆叶直径1 700 mm,挡板安装角度为+30°,搅拌电机功率为22 k W,改造后氨肟化反应的转化率和选择性有所提高,有效提高了环己酮肟质量,降低了装置消耗。The mixing effect was simulated with CFD software at different baffle installation angle in ammoximation reactor. The influence of the baffle installation angle on the ammoximation reaction was studied through the analysis of flow field and was ap- plied in the practical production. The results showed that the mixing effect was more efficient and uniform at the baffle installation angle of + 30° than at -30° in ammoximation reactor, which was beneficial to improving the reaction effect; and the conversion rate and the selectivity of ammoximation reaction were increased in some degree, respectively, the quality of cyclohexanone oxime was improved and the plant consumption was decreased when the ammoxiation reactor was reformed by applying ZCX stirring blades with the diameter of 1 700 mm, the installation angle of + 30° and stirring motor power of 22 kW.
