摘　　要：全球案卷项目是中美欧日韩五局合作框架下负责文献数据和信息化相关工作的第二工作组开展的重点项目,希望通过为各个知识产权局的电子数据库系统建立共用的服务界面,实现为所有利益攸关方提供安全且一站式获取及管理数据库和/或所有同族申请在各局的审查信息的虚拟环境。本文将从项目起源、项目特点以及项目内容和最新进展等几部分对全球案卷项目进行介绍。The Global Dossier project is the key project overseen by the IP5 Working Group which is in charge of the work related to the documentation, data and IT. The Global Dossier is a virtual environment to give all related parties a secure electronic dossier system from which dossier and/or examination information of all family applications of corresponding offices can be obtained and managed, by establishing a common service interface to each IP Offices. This article introduces the origin, features, content and latest status of the Global Dossier project.
