摘　　要：对非致命反恐装备的中国专利申请进行检索,从历年申请量、主要申请人、类型和申请人的分布等方面分别统计了相关数据,并在此基础上分析了非致命反恐装备在我国的发展状况和趋势,对我国非致命反恐装备的发展有一定的参考意义。After searching patent application conditions of non-lethal anti-terrorism equipment in China, the author summarized the statistics data of number of applications over the years, main applicants in this field, patent application type, applicant distribution, and on this basis, analyzed the development status and trends of non-lethal anti-terrorism equipment in China, thereby, the article provides reference for the development of non-fatal anti-terrorism equipment in China.
