摘　　要：介绍了新版的锂蓄电池安全标准IEC 62133-2中由中国提交的修订方案,包括适用范围、外部短路测试、热滥用测试、挤压测试、过充测试、吞咽量规测试等项目的修订过程和修订根据。The revising proposals from China in the new standard IEC 62133-2 for lithium secondary cells and batteries are introduced. The revising process and technical rationale of these items propsed by China are analyzed, such as external short- circuit, thermal abuse, crush, over-charging and ingestion guage test, as well as the change of scope.
