社会支持和应对方式对老年维持性血液透析病人生存质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究社会支持和应对方式对老年维持性血液透析病人生存质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年8月期间我院收治的152例进行维持性血液透析的老年病人作为研究对象,所有病人均完成世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及医学应对问卷(MCMQ),调查病人的生存质量,并分析SSRS评分与MCMQ评分与病人生存质量评分的相关性。结果 138例(90.79%)病人的问卷得以成功回收。病人生存质量总分为(47.58±7.69)分。病人社会支持总评分(r_(社会支持)=0.384)及不同应对方式(r_(面对)=0.395,r_(回避)=0.324,r_(屈服)=-0.338)与生存质量总分显著相关(P<0.05)。结论良好的社会支持及积极的应对方式对维持性血液透析老年病人的生存质量具有积极的影响。Objective To study the influence of social support and coping style on quality of life in elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis （MHD）. Methods From January 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital, 152 elderly patients undergoing MHD were chosen as the research objects, and all patients were required to finish the patient＇s quahty of life （QOL） survey including WHO BREF （WHOQOL-BREF）, social support rating scale （SSRS） and medical coping questionnaire （MCMQ） survey. QOL of patients was investigated, and the correlation of SSRS score and MCMQ score with the quality of life score of patients were analyzed. Results 138 patients （90. 79%） had finished all the questionnaires. Total score of quality of life was 47.58 ± 7.69. The total score of social support （rsocial support =0. 384） and different coping styles （rconfrontation = 0. 395, ravoiding = 0. 324, rsubmission = -0. 338） were significantly correlated with the total score of QOL （ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions Favorable social support and positive coping modes could exert effect on QOL in MHD patients.
