摘  要:选用Pd/C催化剂,进行了1-硝基蒽醌加氢还原制1-氨基蒽醌研究。采用单因素试验研究加氢工艺条件对转化率的影响,得出了合适工艺条件:m(1-硝基蒽醌(干品))∶m(二甲基甲酰胺)∶m(催化剂)=15∶100∶0.6,在100℃,氢气压力1.2MPa下反应120min。1-氨基蒽醌平均纯度99.23%,平均收率达到98.3%。Pd/C催化剂套用30批次(每3批次补加0.1g催化剂),其活性无明显变化。The experiments for the synthesis of 1-aminoanthraquinone from the hydrogenation of 1-nitroanthraquinone was carried out with Pd/C as the catalyst.The effects of reaction conditions on product purity were studied in the tests,and the optimum process conditions were identified as follows:mass retio m(1-nitroanthraquinone)∶m(DMF)∶m(Pd/C)=15∶100∶0.6,100℃ reaction tempereture,1.2MPa pressure,120 min reaction time.At these condition,the yield of 1-aminoanthraquinone was 98.3%,purity of 1-amino-anthraquinone was 99.23%.Catalyst can be reused 30times(0.1g extra added every three times)without loss of activity.
