摘 要:以2株病原细菌金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌临床分离株为靶标菌,采用琼脂块法和改良的微量肉汤稀释法测定越南槐内生真菌JXRPH-24的抗菌活性;根据形态和分子特征鉴定该菌株的分类学地位。结果表明,该菌株的活菌块对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923的抑菌圈直径与阳性对照相当;其代谢产物对这2株病原细菌的最小抑菌浓度均为10μg/mL,仅为阳性对照的16倍;基于形态和ITS序列分析未能鉴定该菌株。菌株JXRPH-24可能是一个潜在的新内生真菌,对参试金黄色葡萄球菌均具有强的抗菌活性,具有较大的开发应用潜力。The in vitro antibacterial activity of endophytic fungus JXRPH-24 isolated from S. tonkinensis against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 and methicillin-resistance Staphylococcus aureus in clinical was tested using the agar plug method and modified broth microdilution method. The taxonomic identification of this strain was based on morphological characters and molecular characters. The results were as follows: the diameter of the inhibition zone of this strain against S. aureus ATCC25923 was equal to that of positive control, the minimal inhibitory concentration values of the metabolites from this strain against two pathogenic bacteria were both 10 μg/mL and 16 times higher than that of positive control, and this strain was unidentifiable based on morphology and ITS se- quences analyses. In conclusion, strain JXRPH-24 was a potential new species from endophytic fungi and exhibited significantly antibacterial activity against S. aureus ATCC25923 and methicillin-resistance S. aureus. It should be an interest isolate for development.
