摘  要:为了研究多穗柯总黄酮对中华大蟾蜍坐骨神经干动作电位的影响,我们将离体中华大蟾蜍坐骨神经分为4组,分别置于浓度为0.01 g/L、0.05 g/L、0.1 g/L、0.2 g/L的多穗柯总黄酮溶液中浸泡,用BL-420S生物机能实验系统测定各组不同浸泡时间坐骨神经干动作电位的幅度、传导速度、阈强度及绝对不应期。随着多穗柯总黄酮溶液浓度增加和浸泡时间的延长,坐骨神经干动作电位的幅度升高(p<0.05或p<0.01),阈强度降低(p<0.01),绝对不应期缩短(p<0.05或p<0.01),传导速度加快(p<0.05)。因此,多穗柯总黄酮可增强神经的兴奋性,加速神经动作电位的传导。To study the effects of total flavonoids from Lithocarpua polystochyus on the action potential impact of isolated sciatic nerve of Bufo, in vitro Bufo sciatic nerves were divided into four groups and each group was soaked in TFL solution with the concentration of 0.01 g/L, 0.05 g/L, 0.1 g/L and 0.2 g/L respectively. After different intervals of immersion time, the amplitude, conduction velocity, threshold intensity , and refractory period of action potentials of the sciatic nerves from each group were measured by BL-420S biological signal recording system. The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of TFL solution and soaking time, the amplitude of sciatic nerve action potential increased (p 〈0.05 or p 〈0.01), the threshold intensity decreased (p 〈0.01), the absolute refractory period shortened (p 〈0.05 or p 〈0.01), and the conduction speed increased (t9 〈0.05). In conclusion, TFL could enhance the excitability of nerve and accelerate conduction of nerve action potentials.
