摘 要:目的:探讨沙盘游戏和萨提亚模式结合的团体辅导对提升大学生生命意义感的效果。方法:将自愿参加团体活动的86名大学生随机分为实验组(n=43)和对照组(n=43),对实验组进行沙盘游戏和萨提亚模式结合的团体辅导,对照组不干预,用生活目的测试、积极心理资本问卷以及人际需求问卷中文版对两组被试进行前后测。结果:两组被试前测得分差异不显著,后测得分差异显著。经过8次的团体辅导,实验组被试的生命意义感、积极心理资本得分显著高于前测(均P<0.01);人际需求得分显著低于前测(P<0.01),对照组被试在三个量表得分上的前后测均无显著差异。结论:沙盘游戏和萨提亚模式结合可以作为一种有效的团体辅导形式显著提升大学生的生命意义感和积极心理资本,改善其人际需求满足状况。Objective: To investigate the effects of group counseling based on the Sandplay and the Satir Model on meaning of life in college students. Methods: 86 college students were randomly assigned to the experimental group(n=43) and the control group(n=43). Experimental group received group counseling based on the Sandplay and the Satir Model, while the control group received no intervention. All of the participants completed the Purpose in Life Test(PIL), the Positive Psycap Questionnaire(PPQ), and the Chinese version of Interpersonal Needs Questionnaire(C-lNQ) before and after intervention. Results: Before intervention, the experiment group and control group had no significant differences in all the scales scores. After 8-times group counseling, the experiment group showed a significant increase of scores of PIL and PPQ (P〈0.01), and decline of scores of C-INQ(P〈0.01). No significant changes were found in the control group. Conclusion: Group counseling based on the Sandplay and the Satir Model is effective on enhancing meaning of life, positive psychological capital in college students.
