摘  要:数控铣削与传统铣削相比具有加工精度高、自动化程度高、生产效率高等优点,所以数控铣床已取代普通铣床而成为机械加工中常用的设备。但由于数控铣床换机构在使用过程中操作频繁,且又容易受其它因素影响,在生产过程中一旦出问题将严重影响铣床的使用性能,通过对数控铣床换刀机构的维修过程,介绍解决此类问题的方法和思路,从而减免数控铣刀换刀机构在生产过程中的负面影响。Comparing with conventional milling, CNC has the advantages on higher precision, automation degree, and production efficiency. So CNC milling has displaced the plain milling machine, and to be the typical equipment on machine work. But everything has two sides. Because of using frequently and it is easy to be affected by other factors, once the CNC milling goes wrong in production, it will influence the function of the arm brace. Based on these, by milling machine, the deducing the negative introducing the maintenance procedures of tool changing mechanism of numerical control author is trying to propose some methods and thinking on solving the above problems, then effect on production by the tool changing mechanism of numerical control milling cutter
