摘 要:锌渣是损害镀锌板表面质量的最重要因素。在工业现役锌锅的基础上,本研究增加了热镀锌液体外循环净化装置,将电磁净化技术应用于热镀锌液中的锌渣去除。结果表明:引入外循环净化装置,锌液平均流速增加0.06 m/s,V形区平均流速增加0.69 m/s,V形区速度的增加能促使锌渣向锌液表面流动。锌液的平均温度增加0.4℃,锌锅内的温度分布更加均匀,循环装置的引入不会对锌锅内流场和温度场产生负面影响,反而有利于锌渣与镀锌钢板的分离。The most important factor that impairs the surface quality of hot-dip galvanizing steel sheet was zinc dross. On the basic of zinc pot applied in industry, the hot dip galvanizing bath outside circulating purification equipment was added. The electromagnetic purifying technology was applied to remove the zinc dross in hot dip galvanized melt. The results show that the average zinc bath velocity increases by 0.06 m/s by using circulating purification equipment, and the zinc bath velocity in the "V" area increases by 0.69 m/s. A lot of zinc dross moves to the surface of zinc pot with the increase of "V" area velocity. Besides, the average zinc bath temperature increases by 0,4 ℃, then, the zinc pot temperature distributes more uniformly. The introduction of circulating purification equipment has no bad effects on the fluid field and heat field in zinc pot, which is benefit for the separation of zinc dross and galvanized steel sheet.
