摘  要:现代电动汽车驱动电机追求高密度低噪声和宽广的速度运行范围,模态频率的准确预测直接影响电磁振动噪声的预测和抑制。该文基于一台48槽8极车用永磁同步电机,研究分析定子绕组结构、绕组浸漆和绕组端部对电机定子结构固有频率的影响。首先,应用解析法估算定子结构的固有频率,将定子铁心(包括槽内绕组)和绕组端部等效成两自由度系统,分析绕组端部对定子固有频率和振型的影响;然后,建立逼近实际电机定子铁心的有限元模型,分析绕组及浸漆对定子铁心固有频率的影响;最后,用锤击模态实验方法验证解析法计算结果的正确性和有限元模型的精确性。The contemporary driving machines of electric vehicles pursues high density, low noise and wide speed range, while accurate prediction of modal frequencies directly impacts the prediction and suppression of electromagnetic vibration and noise. Therefore, this paper focused on analyzing the impacts of the windings, winding ends and impregnation on the natural frequency of the motor on the basis of the natural frequency of a 48-slot 8-pole motor. Firstly,the stator core and the winding end were integrated as a two degree freedom system to estimate the natural frequency of a 48-slot 8-pole motor;Secondly, a more accurate finite element model(FEM) by analyzing the impact of windings and impregnation on natural frequency of the stator core were established ; Finally, the correctness of the analytical method and FEM model were verified by the hammering modal experiments.
