摘 要:新一轮的产业与科技革命呼唤新型工业化发展,需要大批新工科领域的拔尖创新人才。综合性大学具有基础学科办学积淀和多学科专业交叉融合的特点,在孵育新工科人才方面有独特的优势。本文从现代工程教育的理念和模式、学科专业建设、课程体系和培养机制改革入手,提出综合性大学利用多学科办学和区位优势发展新工科教育的路径,并以中山大学学科专业的布局和建设为例,提出建设新工科专业的思路和建议。A new round of industrial and technological revolution calls for the development of the new industrialization, and shows great demand for a large number of top-notch innovative talents in the emerging engineering disciplines. With long-term accumulation of fundamental disciplines and the integration of multidisciplinary studies, comprehensive universities have unique advantages of nourishing talents in emerging engineering disciplines. This article examines the ideas and the developmental patterns of the modern engineering education, the construction of the engineering disciplines and the programs, the systems of the curricula and the reforms of the educational mechanisms, based upon which the author proposes pathways for comprehensive universities to develop emerging engineering education. By studying the plans of the engineering disciplines and programs at Sun Yat-sen University, the author puts forward ideas and suggestions regarding the future development of the emerging engineering education in virtue of the multi-discipline education and location advantages.
