我国大学生创业学习准备现状、特征与矛盾

摘　　要：高校要开设创业课程,首先要了解学生的基础状况,特别是创业学习准备程度,包括学前基础、学习态度、学习需求及障碍因素等。调研发现:目前大学生创业学习准备存在基础较差、学习心理多样性、学习需求明显且普遍、学习拒绝比例较大等特征。由此四个基础特征揭示出当前创业教育定位与供给矛盾、学前心理的多样与教后目标的矛盾及学习障碍反映内外因矛盾。Before providing entrepreneurship courses, colleges need to investigate students＇ preparation for these courses. Base on a survey, this article reveals such features of students＇ preparation as lack of basic knowledge, learning psychology diversity, strong and popular leaning needs and a big proportion of refusing. The findings highlights the conflict between positioning and supply of entrepreneurship education, the conflict between diversified pre-learning psychology and teaching objective, and reveals reasons of refusing learn entrepreneurship.
