摘  要:对两个不同的白菜试材进行高温处理并测定其幼苗叶片的生理生化指标的变化。试验结果表明,随着胁迫时间的延长,可溶性糖和丙二醛含量呈上升趋势,可溶性蛋白含量呈下降趋势,SOD活性逐渐升高,POD活性和CAT活性呈先上升后下降的趋势;经高温胁迫后白菜幼苗能适度调整自身生理状态以缓解不利环境,且卷叶材料比展叶材料具有更好的耐高温性。Changes in physio-biochemical indices of two pakchoi (Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis Makino) under high temperature stress were determined. With the increasing hours of high temperature, the content of soluble sugar and malondialdehyde were on the increase, and the content of soluble protein had declined. The activities of POD and CAT generally pres- ented the trend that first increased and then decreased, while SOD activity gradually increased. It indicated that high temperature stress could increase the resistance of seedlings, and the ma- terial of rolled leaf had the better resistance to high temperature stress than the unrolled leaf material had.
