摘 要:主要介绍滚筒记忆程控截割技术,分析液压调高系统的响应时间与记忆程控调高的关系。在AMESim中建立液压调高系统模型,以MG750/1860-WD型采煤机为例进行仿真分析,得出液压系统空载调高情况下的响应时间,并对响应时间对螺旋滚筒高度调整的影响进行分析,同时通过实验来验证液压调高系统实际的响应时间。通过仿真分析及实验验证更加准确地确定了液压调高系统的响应时间,为采用记忆程控截割技术的采煤机滚筒高度调整中电磁阀通断时间长短的设定提供一定的数据依据,使螺旋滚筒高度的调整更加精确。The shearer drum cutting with memory program controlling was mainly introduced and the relationship between the re- sponse time of the hydraulic system and the height adjusting with memory program controlling was analyzed. The hydraulic system model was established in AMESim. Taking the MG750/1860-WD type shearer as an example, the response time of the hydraulic system was simulated and the effect of the response time on the height adjustment of the spiral drum was analyzed. The actual response time of the hydraulic system was verified by experiment. Through simulation analysis and experimental verification, the response time of the hydraulic pressure system is more accurate. It provides data base for the length adjustment of the solenoid valve which is based on the shearer drum cutting with memory program controlling. Then the height adjustment of the spiral drum is more accurate.
