摘 要:为了使压装曲线能够准确反映轮对压装过程中的各阶段压力位移关系,对压装数据的采集以及处理方法进行了研究。指出了目前采用的移动平均法存在的缺陷,并提出了通过插值法来实现曲线平滑的观点。基于铁路标准和样条插值原理,采用三次样条插值方法对轮对压装曲线进行处理,实现了压装曲线的平滑性要求及其在压装曲线数据处理中的应用。通过VC++与MATLAB混合编程仿真,对比分析了三次样条插值法处理前后的压装曲线偏差,验证了三次样条插值方法在轮对压装曲线处理中应用的可行性和有效性。In order to let a press-fit curve accurately reflects the pressm'e and displacement relationship in each stage of the wheel-set press-fit process, the acquisition and processing methods of the press-fit data were studied. The defects of moving average method which was used at present were pointed out and a polynomial fitting method by which smooth curves could be achieved was put forward. Based on the principle of railway standard and spline interpolation, a cubic spline interpolation method was proposed to smooth curves and process the press data. Through joint programming and simulation of ~C++ and MATLAB, the curve deviations be- fore and after using cubic spline interpolation were analyzed. It verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the cubic spline interpolation in wheel-set press curve processing.
