颠茄合剂致不良反应文献分析

摘　　要：目的了解颠茄合剂致不良反应情况,分析其特点及相关因素,为颠茄合剂的安全、合理应用提供参考。方法检索1957-2016年的中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),对有关颠茄合剂致不良反应的文献和病例进行汇总分析。结果颠茄合剂致不良反应以小儿超剂量较多;临床表现以过敏性休克最为严重;颠茄合剂相关文献大幅增加而不良反应文献减少。结论使用颠茄合剂时应重视其不良反应,特别是过敏性休克的发生。Objective To acknowledge the adverse reactions induced by belladonna mixture and analyze the characteristics and related factors, and to provide the references for the safe and reasonable use of belladonna mixture. Methods The literatures and cases about the adverse reactions of belladonna mixture which were retrieved from CNKI from 1957 to 2016 were analyzed and summarized. Results The adverse reactions induced by belladonna mixture were mainly pediatric over-dose drug use ; the most serious clinical manifestation was anaphylactic shock; the number of liter- atures about belladonna mixture increased, but literature of its adverse reaction decreased. Conclusion We must pay considerable attention to the adverse reaction of belladonna mixture, especially anaphylactic shock.
