摘 要:某SUV车型在整车试制下线交车检验过程中,发现前门关闭瞬间前排安全带卷收器出现振响。针对此问题,提出一个车身开发过程中零部件结构优化的流程,采用Hyper Mesh软件建立车身及卷收器模型,进行前排安全带卷收器安装点区域模态分析,结果显示此安装点区域模态较低。从增加材料料厚和加强结构两个方面进行整改。整改方案的Hyper Mesh分析结果表明:加强结构后,此处安装点区域模态值显著提高,前门关闭瞬间前排安全带卷收器振响问题明显改善。The seat belt retractor vibration problem was occurred when closing the front door in the process of trail produce pre-deliveryinspection of a SUV. For this problem, a process how to optimize the structure during body development was proposed, a model including bodyand retractor was- established to make modal analysis with HyperMesh software. The results show that the modal is relatively low at the position.From the aspects of increasing plate thickness and strengthening structure, the retractor was optimized. The HyperMesh analysis resuhs of theoptimized schemes show that after the structure is strengthened, the modal has been enhanced remarkably, and the vibration problem of seatbelt retractor has been improved greatly when closing the front door.
