摘 要:为解决汽车车门内护板挥发性有机化合物(VOC)乙醛和二甲苯的散发量超标问题,从车门内护板的各子结构分析了污染物的来源,采用高效液相色谱仪与气相色谱-质谱联用仪对零件散发进行检测与分析。结果表明,车门内护板中的上下本体造成了乙醛、二甲苯超标,进一步分析得知上下本体中聚丙烯粒子中添加的抗氧化剂与聚丙烯的降解对车门内护板二甲苯和乙醛的贡献最大。通过更改抗氧化剂和调整注塑温度使车门内护板满足VOC性能要求,且车门内护板的成型工艺不受影响。The volatilized organic compounds (VOC) of acetaldehyde and dimethyl benzene from a door inside guard plate exceeds thecriteria. In order to solve the problem, the sources of pollutants were analyzed from the substructures of the plate. The high performance liquidchromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were used to test and analyze the volatiles of the plate. Results show that the upperand lower bodies of the plate cause acetaldehyde and xylene exceed the criteria. Further it is known that antioxidants added in polypropyleneparticles of the upper and lower bodies of the plate and the degradation of polypropylene have the largest contribution to the xylene and acetalde-hyde. By changing the antioxidants and adjusting the injection temperature, the requirements on door inside guard plate VOC performance aresatisfied, and the door guard plate molding process is not affected.
