摘　　要：针对异构网络资源感知和动态调配的问题,提出了分布式资源感知、分析融合、决策和执行方法,设计了态势融合呈现管理服务、数据存储分析服务、资源态势服务和资源感知服务,态势融合呈现管理服务收集上报的态势信息,分析融合后进行综合呈现,同时进行资源负载平衡决策。数据存储分析服务进行各种资源态势数据的存储、分析和挖掘,资源态势服务进行本地网资源态势呈现,资源感知服务进行资源感知,设计了感知分析决策执行的工作流程,进行服务命名和操作设计,最后附实例进行验证。In view of resources awareness and dynamic allocation, this paper proposes the methods of distributed resource awareness, analysis fusion as well as decision and enforcement, and designs the situation fusion presentation service, data storage and analysis service, resource situation service and resource awareness service. The situation fusion presentation and management service collects and reports the situation information, and the information is analyzed and fused to realize comprehensive presentation and resource load balancing decision. The data storage and analysis service implements storage, analysis and mining for various resource situation data. The resource situation service performs local network resource situation presentation. The resource awareness service performs resource awareness, the flow of awareness, analysis, decision and enforcement and the denomination and operation of service are designed. At the end, the method is verified by the instance.
