摘　　要：提出了一种以SGMII为接口和基于Nios II软处理器的千兆以太网实现方法,在FPGA上构建了可编程片上系统(SOPC),并在Nios II上移植了Lw IP协议栈,编写了网络驱动程序和应用程序。通过上位机发送数据,嵌入式系统能够正确接收和应答。实验表明,以Nios II构成的网络通信系统,结构简单且性能稳定可靠。This paper puts forward an implement method of Gigabit Ethernet network by SGMII interface based on Nios II.The System on Progranmaable Chip （SOPC） is built over FPGA, the LwIP network protocol stack is migrated on the Nios II processor and the network drivers and applications are written. The data packets are sent through the computer, and the embedded systems can correctly receive and respond them. The experiment results show that the Ethernet network communication system using Nios II processor has simple structure, stable and reliable performances.
