摘 要:培养应用型人才是工科专业的基本要求。化工热力学是化学工程与工艺专业的核心课程和专业基础课,担负着由理学向工学过渡的特殊使命。笔者根据多年从事化工热力学双语教学改革的实践经验,从教材选择、教学内容与方法和考评方式等方面,分析了化工热力学双语教学的特点及存在的问题,并提出了提高双语教学质量的建议。文章包括化工热力学的基本方法、以应用为目的的教学内容优化、化工热力学中的数学方法、英语在化工热力学教学中的作用和多样化的考评方式等诸多方面,以飨读者。Application oriented training of talented persons is the essential task of engineering majors. Chemical engineering thermodynamics is the core course for students majoring in chemical engineering and technology. This course is a bridge connecting fundamental courses and specialized courses. Based on authors" practice and experience in bilingual teaching reform of the chemical engineering thermodynamics, the characteristics and existing problems of bilingual teaching was analyzed, and some suggestions in im- proving bilingual teaching quality were given in terms of textbook selection, teaching content and meth- od, and examination patterns. The article covers a lot of aspects, including the essence of chemical engi- neering thermodynamics, optimization of teaching content, mathematics in chemical engineering thermo- dynamics, rote of English in teaching, and diversification of examination patterns. The authors sincerely hope that interested readers may find some applicable to their own teaching jobs.
