摘　　要：健全的心理素质和健康的心理状态是大学生成长成才的重要指标和保障。纵观河北省大学生心理素质十年来的发展,在取得丰硕成果的同时,伴随着社会的发展出现了新问题。为了有针对性地促进河北省大学生心理素质的发展,我们在2005年对河北省大学生心理素质进行调查研究的基础上,2015年对这批高校再次进行了相同的调查,并将前后十年的调查结果进行对比,分析河北省大学生心理素质十年来的发展变化情况,总结成功的经验,同时就存在的新问题提出了改进措施。The wholesome psychological quality and healthy psychological states are important norms and safeguards during the course of university students growing and becoming talents. Make a general survey of development of the Hebei Province＇s university students＂ psychological quality, it comes not only the plenteous achievement hut also exists some new issues along with society＇s development. In order to stim ulate the development of Hebei Province＇s university students＇ psychological quality more significantly, we made the same survey once again on the basis of the survey about the university students＂ quality of Hehei Province which was investigated in 2005, then compared the survey results with the one ten years ago, and analyzed the evolution of Hebei Province＇s university students＇ psychological quality. After that, we summed up the experience and suggested improving measures about the existing new issues.
