摘 要:目的描述和探讨三级综合医院护理人员安全文化的认知情况,为保障患者安全提出改进措施。方法采用问卷调查法对1 358名护理人员安全文化认知情况进行调查和分析。结果维度最高分为科室内团队合作(4.12±0.36)分,积极反应率为86.28%;维度沟通的公开性积极反应率最低,仅为36.28%。结论临床护理人员在安全文化认知方面仍有待加强,医疗机构应从系统角度出发,建立非惩罚性的事故报告制度,有效避免护患纠纷和安全事故的发生。Objective To describe and discuss cognitive situation of nursing staff safety culture of tertiary general hospital, to put forward ensure patient safety improvement measures. Methods Using the questionnaire survey to do investigation and analysis on the cognitive situation of 1358 nursing staff safety culture. Results The highest dimension is team cooperation within departments (4.12 + 0.36), and positive response rate is 86.28%. Dimension openness of communication positive response rate is the lowest, which is only 36.28%. Conclusion Clinical nursing staff in safety culture cognition remains to be strengthened, staffing and accident report is the main obstacle to establish a safety culture. Medical institutions should begin from the system point of view, and establish its punitive accident report system to effectively avoid disputes and nurse safety accidents.
