3个烤烟品种(系)在盘县烟区的适应性

摘　　要：为筛选适宜盘县烟区种植的烤烟新品种,采用田间大区试验研究贵烟13号、PVH1452和贵烟8号3个烤烟品种(系)在盘县烟区的适应性、生育期、农艺性状、抗逆性和经济性状等综合表现。结果表明:贵烟8号和贵烟13号的生育期适中,分别为131d和141d;农艺性状、抗病性和经济性状等综合性状表现较好,打顶后株高、烟叶数、腰叶长、腰叶宽分别为113.0cm和121.0cm、24片/株和22.3片/株、76.1cm和87.9cm、28.0cm和32.5cm,均比云烟87和K326高,田间生长整齐一致,落黄程度较好。综合抗病能力以贵烟8号较好,大田生长期未感染黑胫病和青枯病,气候斑点病感病率仅3.2%;贵烟13号抗气候斑点病和赤星病较突出,感病率分别为0.9%和2.7%;但对黑胫病和青枯病抗性较差,感病率分别为39%和15%。在经济性状中,均价、中上等烟比率以贵烟13号最好,分别22.73元/kg和84.99%,比云烟87(19.76元/kg和81.06%)分别增加15.03%和3.93百分点;产量和产值以贵烟8号最高,分别为133.48kg/667m^2和2 481.17元/667m^2,比云烟87(85.95kg/667m^2和1 698.43元/667m^2)增产55.3%和46.09%。贵烟8号和贵烟13号2个新品种可在当地示范种植。The adaptability, growth period, agronomic character, stress resistance and economic character of three flue-cured tobacco varieties （Guiyan 8, Guiyan 13 and PVH 1452） were analyzed by a field test in Pan County to screen new suitable flue-cured tobacco varieties in Pan County. Results： The growth period of Guiyan 8 and Guiyan 13 with a moderate growth period is 131 d and 141 d respectively and their agronomic character, resistance to disease and economic character are better than CK1 （Yunyan 87） and CIK2 （K 326）. The height, leaf number, middle leaf length and middle leaf width of Guiyan 8 and Guiyan 13 with a good growth uniformity and good yellowing degree after topping are 113. 0 cm and 121.0 cm, 24 leaves/plant and 22. 3 leaves/plant, 76. 1 cm and 87. 9 cm, and 28. 0 cm and 32,5 cm respectively, all higher than CK1 and CK2. Guiyan 8 with a better integrated disease resistance does not infect black shank and bacterial wilt and its weather fleck rate is 3.2% only in the field. The disease rate of weather fleck, brown spot, black shank and bacterial wilt of Guiyan 13 is 0.9%, 2.7%, 39% and 15% in the field separately. The average price and first and middle-class tobacco proportion of Guiyan 13 are 22.73 Yuan/kg and 84.99%, 15.03% and 3.93% higher than CK1 （19.76 Yuan/kg and 81.06%）separately. The yield and output value of Guiyan 8 are 133.48 kg/667m^2and 2481. 17 Yuan/667m^2,55. 3% and 46.09% higher than CK1 （85. 95 kg/667m^2and 1 698.43 Yuan/667m^2）respectively. In conclusion, Guiyan 8 and Guiyan 13 should be cultivated for demonstration in Pan County.
