摘　　要：利用聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇(PPC)为主要原料,合成了常温自干型金属涂料。考察了硬链段含量、交联度、基材处理方式和pH调节剂等因素对涂膜性能的影响;同时应用于金属表面防护,考察了该水性金属涂料在不同环境、不同基材上的综合性能。An ambient self-drying metal coating has been prepared by using polypropylene carbonate diols（PPC） as main material. The effects of hard segment （HS%） and cross-linker contents, surface treatments and the pH regulators on the coating films were discussed. The coating was used on metals for surface protection and the properties of the coating on different substrates under different conditions was investigated.
