摘　　要：目的调查2015年北京市密云区部分卫生院医用诊断X线摄影(CR)设备质量控制现状,针对发现的问题提出改进措施。方法抽取密云区11家卫生院的11台医用诊断X线摄影(CR)设备进行质量控制分析,调查内容包括X线管头成像性能、CR系统成像性能等。结果 X线摄影(CR)设备初检合格率为72.72%。最常见的不合格项目有:管电压指示偏离、IP响应均匀性及一致性,其合格率分别为72.72%和81.81%。调试经复检后合格率达到100%。结论应加强设备保养与维修,并坚持周期性的质量控制检测。Objective To investigate the current situation in quality control of the medical radiography （CR） equipment in partial hospitals of Miyun district in 2015, to find problems and propose improvement measures. Methods 11 medical radiography（CR） equipments in 11 hospitals of Miyun district had been included in the study. The quality control had been surveyed and analyzed. The contents of the survey included imaging performance of X-ray tube head and system of CR etc. Results The qualification rate of initial inspection of the radiography （CR） equipment in the 11 hospitals of Miyun district was 72.72%. The most common unqualified items were X-ray tube voltage indication deviation, uniformity and consistency of IP response. The qualified rates were 72.72% and 81.81%, respectively. The qualification rate of reexamination after being calibrated was 100%. Conclusion The equipment maintenance and repair should be strengthened, and the periodically testing of the quality control should be maintained.
