摘 要:针对GB 11893-1989钼酸铵分光光度法测定总磷含量过程中出现的显色不稳定问题,文章探讨显色反应条件(温度、时间)及消解环节对总磷含量测定结果的影响,并对其进行方法学考察及球场地表水样进行测定.结果表明:(1)显色条件设定为在30℃水浴显色15 min,试验数据更加稳定、准确;(2)磷标准溶液必须进行过硫酸钾消解后再显色,然后绘制工作曲线;(3)方法学考察表明,地表水总磷含量在0.0~1.2μg/m L之间线性良好,r=0.9999,精密度、稳定性、重现性和加样回收试验的RSD均小于3%,平均回收率为98.95%,可用于球场地表水总磷含量的测定.In order to resolve the unstable color appearing and enhance the determination accuracy recorded in GB 11893-1989, this paper studies the reaction temperature and duration time, meanwhile compares the data obtained with/ without sample digestion. After all, the modified method was used to measuring the phosphorus element content of water in the surface of golf courses. The results appeared that (1) the coloring temperature and duration time should be set as 30 ℃ and 15 min respectively to obtain the more stable and accuracy data; (2) the reaction was colored after digesting by K2S2O8, then the standard solution should be operated; (3) the methodology showed that the linear range between 0.0 -1.2μg/mL (for phosphorus content) was fitting good (r = 0.9999), and the RSD values for precision, stability, repeatability and recovery were less than 3%. The average recovery was 98.95%, the conclusion of this study was that the modified method could be used to measuring the phosphorus element content exists in the surface around golf courses.
