我国“一带一路”战略研究现状梳理——基于CiteSpace分析

摘　　要："一带一路"是中国为推进沿线国家发展战略相互对接而提出的一项国际区域经济合作新模式,自提出以来得到了国内外社会各界的高度关注.系统、科学地梳理"一带一路"研究现状有利于推动"一带一路"理论研究的深入,为"一带一路"建设提供科学指导或建议.文章以中国知网检索所得10 380篇文献建立文献数据库,利用文本分析法和CiteSpace科学计量工具,对460篇国家社会科学基金、国家自然科学基金资助的"一带一路"主题相关成果文献的属性进行较为全面地分析后发现:1治理、对外贸易、新型城镇化、粮食安全、周边外交、贸易格局为当前研究热点;2机构、作者间合作广泛程度较低,目前以中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所、中国科学院区域可持续发展分析与模拟重点实验室和中国科学院大学为中心研究机构和高产作者合作群体中心;3"一带一路"研究还处于起步阶段.通过空间视角统计文献所涉区域,发现"一带一路"研究对象区域在国内整体呈现出由西部向东部递减的状况,国际区域则偏向于中亚地区,国别地理研究薄弱.研究内容从学科角度看,多从经济学着手.与《愿景与行动》对比发现:合作重点中的微观层面,以及欧洲、非洲、美洲等地区及国家态势是今后需要加强的研究重点.＂The Belt and Road＂ Initiative is a China-proposed systematic project aimed at integrating the development strategies of the countries along the Belt and Road and has attracted close attention from all walks of life both at home and abroad since it was proposed. Sorting out the research status of the Belt and Road Initiative systematically and scientifically contributes to its theoretical development, offering scientific guidance for the building of ＂the Belt and Road＂. This article establishes a literature database based on 10380 papers retrieved from CNKI and employs the text analysis and CiteSpace scientific measurement tools to give a comparatively comprehensive analysis of the properties of the project results of 460 papers related to the theme of the Belt and Road Initiative and funded by the National Social Science and the National Natural Science of China. Such results found： governance, foreign trade, new urbanization, food security, neighboring diplomacy and trade patterns are hotly researched; authors and institutions cooperate at a low level, and Institute of Geographic Sci- ence and Natural Resources Research, Key Laboratory of Regional Sustainable Development Modeling and University of Chinese Academy of Sciences are key research institutes and cooperation centers for prolific authors; the research of the Belt and Road Initiative is still in its infancy. Based on the related statistical literature from spatial perspective, the research finds that generally, the study areas in China along the Belt and Road tend to diminish from the west to the east, and that the study areas abroad mainly center on Central ASia and national geographic research is weak. The research content places emphasis on economics in terms of discipline, compared with Vision and proposed actions outlined, it finds that studies on micro-level issues in cooperation priorities, as well as situations of Europe, Africa and America needs to be strengthened in the future.
