赴台自由行游客的动机与障碍因素分析

摘　　要：在2015年两岸旅游双向交流空前活跃的背景下,研究赴台游客自由行动机及其障碍因素,对于进一步促进两岸人民的交流和互信有着重要意义.文章通过网络和实地问卷调查显示,资源吸引、追寻历史和文化差异是赴台游客自由行的主要外部动机,发展需要和实现理想是赴台游客自由行的主要内部动机;个人因素、人际因素和组织因素是赴台游客自由行的主要障碍因素;教育程度和居住区是影响动机的主要因素,旅游伴侣、人均消费和咨询渠道是影响赴台游客自由行的实现因素.It is very great important to study the motivations and obstacles of individual visitors from Mainland to Taiwan under the background of active two-way exchange of cross-strait tourism in 2015, which is of great significance to the com- munication and mutual-trust between people across the strait. Through the network and field survey, the author finds that, resources, history and cultural differences are the main external motivations of tourists from Mainland to Taiwan, while development needs and ideal achievement are mainly internal motivations. Meanwhile education level and residential area are the main factors that influence their motivations, and travel partners, per capita consumption and consulting channels are influential factors to individual visitors traveling to Taiwan.
