摘  要:龙门架交通标志杆优化设计目的是减少材料用量,使成本造价降低。本文针对龙门架立柱和横梁截面尺寸大小,以龙门架立柱和横梁内径为设计变量、标志杆总体积为目标函数,采用满应力法对结构截面进行优化,得到结构最优截面尺寸。研究表明:在给出的算例中,优化后标志杆体积比原来体积减少了31.5%。龙门架交通标志杆在满足工程要求的情况下,节省了大量的工程材料,经济效益显著,为交通标志杆优化提供了一种方法。The optimization design of gantry sign posts is to reduce the amount of material and the cost. According to the size of gantry column and cross beam section, selecting gantry columns and inside diameter of cross beam as design variables, the total volume of sign posts as objective function, full stress method is used to optimized the structure cross section and get the optimum section size of structure. Research shows that the optimized total volume of sign posts is reduced by 31.5 % which compared with the original volume. Gantry sign posts which in the case of meeting engineering requirements can save a lot of engineering materials and economic benefit is remarkable. It provides a method for optimization of traffic sign.
