摘  要:为了研究电解加工机床主轴的平稳性,以机床主轴箱减速器传动部件蜗轮为对象,在PROE中建模,利用无缝连接将模型导入ANSYS Workbench,对蜗轮进行模态分析,得出固有频率和前六阶振型图。结果表明:蜗轮前六阶固有频率主要集中在4500Hz和18800Hz之间,变化范围较大;当传动系统其他零部件尺寸已固定无法做出改变时,可采用减重方法改变蜗轮质量和质量分布,避免蜗轮固有频率与其他零部件固有频率一致。In order to study the stationarity of machine tool spindle in ECM, this paper studies the worm - gear used as a reducer driving part in spindle box, then builds models in PROE and import them into ANSYS Workbench by seamless connection, finally takes modal analysis of the worm - gear and obtains the natural frequency and the first six - order vibration mode images. The results show that the first six - order natural frequency of the wormgear is mainly concentrated in the large range between 4500 Hz and 18800 Hz; when the sizes of transmission system and other parts cannot be changed, the worm - gear mass and distribution can be changed through weight reduction, which avoid natural frequency of the worm - gear being the same to that of other parts.
